Refunds & Cancellation

Last updated: October 30, 2026

1. Scope

This policy explains how subscriptions to the brenquixsolution platform are billed, how you can change or cancel a plan, and when refunds may apply. It covers platform subscription fees only.

2. Plans and billing

• Plans are offered on a recurring basis, typically monthly or annually, and may include a set number of workspace seats.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
• Annual plans are billed once for the full term. Where a plan is described as discounted for annual commitment, that price applies to the full annual term.
• Seats added during a billing cycle are charged on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the cycle.

3. Changing your plan

You can upgrade at any time; upgrades take effect immediately and the price difference is charged pro-rata for the current cycle. Downgrades and seat reductions take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so that the current period remains fully available.

4. Cancellation

• You can cancel a subscription from your workspace settings or by contacting [email protected].
• Cancellation stops future renewals. Access to paid features continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• We do not automatically renew cancelled subscriptions, and no further charges are made after cancellation takes effect.

5. Refunds

• Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• This applies to both monthly and annual plans: cancelling an annual plan stops the next renewal but does not create a refund for the unused part of the term.
• Fees already consumed through platform usage, add-ons, or one-off services are non-refundable.
• If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us and we will review the charge.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under applicable law, including under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

6. Failed payments

If a recurring payment cannot be completed, we may retry it and will notify you. Access to paid features may be suspended until the outstanding amount is paid. For questions about an invoice, contact us first so we can resolve it directly.

7. Taxes

Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Taxes are added based on your billing location and are your responsibility.

8. Contact
